Happy Father's Day!

The base cardstock for all the pages is 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 Whisper White
All the calendars were created by me in Publisher and are cut at 3 1/4 x 4 1/2

The stamp set used is Nailed It - This is a retired set but one of my favorites for guy cards

Next layer is 5 1/4 x 7 7/8 Smoky Slate
Cut Dapper Denim at 5 x 3 7/8 (top) and 3 3/8 x 4 5/8 (bottom)
Cut Whisper White at 3 3/4 x 4 7/8 and emboss with Pinewood Planks 3 D Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder
Stamp the greeting in Dapper Denim on a piece of 3 x 3 Smoky Slate and die cut with the Nailed It coordinating die
Die cut the screwdriver handle and the ruler in Dapper Denim.
Die cut the wrench and the tip of the screwdriver in Silver foil
Accessorize it with the screw heads from the coordinating pack.

This is one of the reasons that I am doing the calendar differently for 2019. You can no longer purchase any of these cute things. This suite has retired and it will be hard to find them for sale. We will do each month while the items are still available for purchase.
The new Occasions Catalog has a great Guy Set coming out!! If you don't have these supplies I would love to see what you create in place of it!

Peach Pie Meets Sending Smiles

Introducing the New Peach Pie, a 2024-26 In Color. I am amazed at how all the In Colors coordinate each year when they are introduced. Peach Pie is a wonderful addition to our color line. The Stamp set I chose to work with is Sending Smiles #158701 & Sending Dies #159271 both will be retiring on May 1. So if you love it be sure to order it before it is gone! March 2024 Paper Pumpkin Alternates

This is one of the cards I created with the March 2024 Paper Pumpkin Kit. The kit reminded me a lot of several of the Designer Series Papers we have had recently. I have worked with those papers but I am not really excited about them. It is just a different style card for me. I love layers so using the Patterned Dies and a few layers helped me feel like I would do these again.

Pretty In Pink meets Two-Tone Flora

Two-Tone Flora is one of my favorite stamp sets. I love the way I can create beautiful flowers that look so real you could reach out and touch them. This is two step stamp set, one stamp creates the outline and the other fills in the image. For the flowers, I stamped the outline stamp in full strength on the Basic White cardstock using Pretty In Pink, a color that is returning as one of the 2024-26 In Colors. Then I stamped off when using the stamp to fill the image. This is the first of a series of cards that I will be doing over the next 5 weeks to introduce the 5 new In Colors and one of my favorite retiring stamp sets. Price Changes in the 2024 Catalog

As we launch the new 2024 Annual Catalog we will be seeing price increases for many of the items. In order to take advantage of the current prices you will need to place an order prior to April 1. This is always a good time to stock up on the retiring 2023 products which include the 2022-24 In Colors.
