ADORABLE OWL ACCORDIAN FOLD CARD

This is a fun little card that we created many years ago using different products. One of my team members came to me with a card that I had done in a class years ago and wanted to know how it was made. So I thought what better way to show her how than making a cute card with one of the current stamp sets. The owl presented some challenges because of the size of one was much larger than the others but it was easy to make it work. You must keep in mind that your inside is only so big!

This is what we used to call an accordion card. Now there are many ways to do an accordion card, this is what she wanted to know.

Measurements:
Cut 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 Thick Basic White, score at 4 1/4
Cut 5 1/4 x 4 Sweet Sorbet for front
Cut 3 x 5 Sweet Sorbet Country Gingham, die cut on right edge with scallop die from Around the Bend Bundle, adhere to the Sweet Sorbet cardstock
Color the Pool Party Sheer ribbon with Sweet Sorbet Stampin' Blend, wrap around the middle of the previous two layers, attach to the front of the card
Die cut Basic White circle using 2nd from largest circle in Stylish Shapes Dies, stamp the owl in Tuxedo Black, color with Crumb Cake, Tahitian Tide, Pumpkin Pie & Sweet Sorbet Stampin' Blends, attach to card front using Dimensionals
Stamp greeting from Charming Sentiments Bundle in Tuxedo Black on Basic White, die cut using dies in bundle
Tie a bow, attach with Mini Glue Dots, add bling

Inside:

Cut 1 x 8 1/2 Basic White, score at 2 1/8, 4 1/4, 6 3/8

Cut (4) 1 3/4 x 2 1/2 Basic White (when planning this out keep in mind that 1 3/4 is a good with for these panels because you only have 2 1/8 for each panel to adhere to) stamp image in Tuxedo Black, color with Crumb Cake, Sweet Sorbet, Pumpkin Pie & Tahitian Tide Stampin' Blends
Cut (4) 1 7/8 x 2 5/8 Sweet Sorbet, adhere these to the back of the panels with the image
Adhere 4 panels to 1" strip. See video for the easiest way to do this

No Line Coloring Lovely Arrangements

This fun easel card features a beautiful mix of warm, earthy colors. The flowers from the Lovely Arrangements Bundle were created using the no-line coloring technique with Pecan Pie, Basic Beige, and Golden Glow, then layered with leaves from Nature's Symphony Dies against a rich Peaceful Pine background. Very Vanilla and Crumb Cake cardstock add softness, while a striped piece of Brushed With Beauty Designer Series Paper brings extra pattern and interest. Peaceful Pine Bordered Ribbon, tied in a simple bow, and coordinating embellishments complete the card front. The birthday greeting inside serves as the stopper that holds the easel open, making this card as fun to display as it is to receive!

Moonlit Flora Peek-A-Boo Slider Card

This beautiful birthday card combines soft, feminine colors with a wonderful fun-fold design. The textured Brushed With Beauty Designer Series Paper creates the perfect backdrop for the layered die-cut flowers and rich green leaves. A coordinating belly band wraps around the front panel and features a large “Happy Birthday” greeting framed with a Peaceful Pine stitched oval. Scalloped Petal Pink ribbon, a delicate flower, and coordinating embellishments add the perfect finishing touches. This lovely card is sure to make any birthday feel extra special!

Radiant Sunflowers Peek A Boo Card

This warm and cheerful birthday card features the beautiful Sunflower Fields Designer Series Paper layered on a Cajun Craze card base. The detailed flowers and leaves, cut with the Radiant Sunflowers Bundle, are arranged on a Cajun Craze stitched circle and framed by a large circular opening for added depth and dimension. Very Vanilla cardstock softens the rich color palette, while a delicate Baker's Twine bow and coordinating embellishments provide the finishing touches. The “Happiest Birthday Wishes!” greeting makes this card perfect for celebrating someone special!

Radiant Sunflower Fun Fold

There’s something about sunflowers and warm fall colors that makes a card feel extra cheerful! I love how this fun fold design creates several different areas to showcase the beautiful Sunflower Fields Designer Series Paper while still keeping those sweet sunflowers front and center. The rich Early Espresso card base pairs beautifully with the Cajun Craze and floral patterns, while the Cajun Craze vases and green leaves add just the right pop of color. The two die-cut sunflowers really bring the card to life, and the simple “Hello, Friend” greeting makes this a wonderful card to send for almost any occasion. A few little embellishments from the 2026-28 In Color Gems scattered around the card add just a touch of sparkle without taking away from all those gorgeous fall colors. This is one of those cards that looks impressive when it’s standing up, but is much easier to create than you might think!
