DO YOU LOVE THE TRUE LOVE DESIGNER SERIES PAPER?

I always love when Stampin' Up! brings out a new Black & White paper. Black & White goes with any other color. No matter what is it always looks beautiful. I have to say that Stampin' Up! really out did themselves this time. The papers have amazing flower prints on one side, which lend themselves to beautiful coloring, while the back of each sheet has a great design that could be colored as well but looks great as it is!


This is an easy Pop Up Card compared to one that I posted last week. Have fun and be sure to watch the video below to see how I did the pop up! For the greetings on this card I used Art Gallery and Happy Thoughts.


Measurements:

Cut the flowers from the True Love Designer Series paper (Tip- when coloring color over the edges that were trimmed. That way if you didn't cut right on the line the white on the outer edge won't show.)

Cut 4 1/4 x 11 Basic Black, score @ 5 1/2

Cut 3 1/2 x 4 1/4 Basic Black with 3 1/2" side at top score @ 3/4,  1 1/2,  2 1/4  & 3


Inside: Cut 5 1/4 x 4 Whisper White

Cut 7/8 x 4 1/4 Real Red

Cut 3/4 x 4 1/4 True Love DSP




Front: Cut 5 x 3 3/4 Real Red

Cut 4 7/8 x 3 5/8 True Love DSP

Die cut largest oval from the Stitched Shapes Dies in Whisper White

Die cut largest scalloped oval from the Layering Scalloped Dies in Basic Black

Stamp the greeting on a scrap of Whisper White, use the Classic Label Punch, adhere with Dimensionals (3 stacked on top of each other) on the right

My favorite part of my job is creating. It doesn't always come easy but this month's Paper Pumpkin kit contained beautiful Alcohol Ink papers. The papers were so beautiful and the kit included nine card bases which had the design on the front and back of the card. When cutting them apart you were able to create 18 card fronts. I started designing by cutting them apart and then went from there. Throughout the week I will post 3 cards each day for seven days that were all made with April 2025 Paper Pumpkin Inked Occasions

All this week I will be posting cards created with products remaining from my recent event. This card was inspired by the card below that I created for that event. I had a focus on creating masculine cards and when I was done with the event I had a set of the undone cards remaining. I had received the New Impressions Abloom which is only available if you are a Demonstrator until May 1, 2025. After that date it will be available to anyone. I used the products that were in the packet to create this card. Of course I added a few extra things. I will give you all the instructions on the page including measurements and products used for both projects
