FROSTED GINGERBREAD

I love gingerbread, pumpkin spice, cinnamon, nutmeg and the seasonings that are used this time of year. Those are my favorites so when I think of this stamp set it makes me long for fall. It is finally here and I am so glad... I had my first Pumpkin Spice Latte last Friday and it was as delicious as I remembered from last year.

The card above was made using the Frosted Gingerbread Bundle and the beautiful new Silver Foil. The foil comes in what looks like 3 different colors. One looks like our typical silver foil, one looks like a gray and the last has a texture like a brushed silver which gives it a purple look. This one is the brushed silver.

This card was simple to make but just a few tips and tricks will make it easier.

Cut 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 Basic White, score at 4 1/4
Cut 4 x 5 1/4 Silver Foil, use the center of this piece to cut out your bells. Be careful not to get too close to the edge of the foil. You should be able to cut four bells without any problems.

Cut 3 3/4 x 5 Basic White, stamp the greeting and heat emboss with Silver Embossing Powder, emboss using the Merry Melody 3D Embossing Folder (TIP: look at the numbers on the embossing folder, they will give you a clue which way the folder should go.) The greeting goes towards the center fold of the embossing folder, place it between the lines of music so that you are not embossing a lot of it.

Attach the die cut bells to the front using adhesive on the left one and dimensionals on the right one
