Happy New Year!

Happy New Year! I hope that 2016 has been a good year for you and that 2017 will be better yet. I know it has been for me. I have done well with my business, made lots of new friends and my family has grown and changed. I have 2 sons who live at home and they have both made big strides in their lives in 2016. I pray they will continue in 2017. My daughter has adjusted to being a mother-in-law and having her daughter living in another state. My granddaughter is loving married life. God is good!

The card I created for today is using a little of the old and the new; symbolic of this time of year. I used the “Happy New Year” greeting from Frosted Medallions #142189 which was only with us a short time. It was in the Holiday Catalog which is still available until January 3, 2017. The background stamp came from Birthday Blast #142866 which is not available yet. It will be in the New Occasions Catalog which goes live on Wednesday, January 4, 2017. I cased the card in the new catalog making a few changes like adding more layers and changing the colors and greeting. I hope you enjoy it.

April 2025 Paper Pumpkin Alternatives 7-9

My favorite part of my job is creating. It doesn't always come easy but this month's Paper Pumpkin kit contained beautiful Alcohol Ink papers. The papers were so beautiful and the kit included nine card bases which had the design on the front and back of the card. When cutting them apart you were able to create 18 card fronts. I started designing by cutting them apart and then went from there. Throughout the week I will post 3 cards each day for seven days that were all made with April 2025 Paper Pumpkin Inked Occasions

Impressions Abloom & Storybook Garden

All this week I will be posting cards created with products remaining from my recent event. This card was inspired by the card below that I created for that event. I had a focus on creating masculine cards and when I was done with the event I had a set of the undone cards remaining. I had received the New Impressions Abloom which is only available if you are a Demonstrator until May 1, 2025. After that date it will be available to anyone. I used the products that were in the packet to create this card. Of course I added a few extra things. I will give you all the instructions on the page including measurements and products used for both projects
