HYDRANGEA HAVEN CARD KIT, CARD #3

March 14, 2021

On this card I used the die that came with the set to cut the flower part out of Rococo Rose. It made for a unique accent on the card. I love the Ornate die that cut out the Whisper White background. I used the Metallic Edge Satin Ribbon for the bow and to wrap around the layers.

MEASUREMENTS

Cut 4 1/4 x 11 Rococo Rose, score at 5 1/2

Cut 4 x 5 1/4 Whisper White

***Cut 3 7/8 x 5 1/8 Hydrangea Hill DSP, glue to Whisper White, wrap Silver Metallic Edge Ribbon around these two layers and adhere to card base

Die cut Whisper White using Ornate Frames Dies, stamp the leaves with Tuxedo Black Momento and Mossy Meadow, stamp the greeting in Mossy Meadow, attach to card front using Dimensionals

Die cut the flowers in Rococo Rose, add Rhinestones, attach to Ornate cut out using Dimensionals

Tie a bow with Silver Metallic Edge Ribbon and attach with a Glue Dot

SWEETER WITH YOU DOUBLE Z FOLD CARD

I’m thrilled to share how I created a simple yet stunning sympathy card using the Beautiful Gallery Designer Series Paper and the Prairie Grass Stamp Set. The delicate patterns from the Designer Series Paper perfectly complemented the graceful prairie grass images, giving the card an elegant touch during such a heartfelt time. Some days these blog posts go so smooth I think I can do them in my sleep, other days everything goes crazy! This was one of those days. It's finally done! This card was CASED from Rachel Tessman with the change of several things. Of course that is allowed in the stamping world. We take each other's ideas and change them to our own liking and republish them. There are so many ideas out there to share. This is another one of the cards that I did with my clubs this month.
