HYDRANGEA HAVEN CARD KIT, CARD #5

This card #5 from my Hydrangea Haven Card Kit. The Basic White layer behind the flower is embossed with the Tasteful Textures Embossing Folder. This is one of my favorites. It adds another dimension to the card and really makes the flower pop. I love the way that this stamp set has two stamps for the flower, one to create the lines and one to color them in.

MEASUREMENTS

Cut 4 1/4 x 11 Xtra Thick Whisper White, score at 5 1/2

***Cut 5 x 5 1/2 Hydrangea Hill Designer Series Paper, attach to card base

Cut 2 1/4 x 5 1/2 Mossy Meadow, attach to front of card

Cut 2 x 5 1/2 Whisper White, emboss with Tasteful Textile Embossing Folder

Cut 2 3/4 x 4 1/2 Whisper White, stamp flower with Tuxedo Black Momento, Rococo Rose &

Mossy Meadow, cut with die or fussy cut

Attach to the card front using Dimensionals

Cut tag for greeting from scrap of Whisper White, stamp with Mossy Meadow, adhere using a Dimensional on the right side.

Add Pastel Pearls & bow tied with White Bakers Twine

I’m thrilled to share how I created a simple yet stunning sympathy card using the Beautiful Gallery Designer Series Paper and the Prairie Grass Stamp Set. The delicate patterns from the Designer Series Paper perfectly complemented the graceful prairie grass images, giving the card an elegant touch during such a heartfelt time. Some days these blog posts go so smooth I think I can do them in my sleep, other days everything goes crazy! This was one of those days. It's finally done! This card was CASED from Rachel Tessman with the change of several things. Of course that is allowed in the stamping world. We take each other's ideas and change them to our own liking and republish them. There are so many ideas out there to share. This is another one of the cards that I did with my clubs this month.
