I'M HOME FOR A SHORT TIME

I arrived home on Saturday evening from 2 weeks in Colorado with my daughter. She had surgery to remove a tumor the size of a large grapefruit and a complete hysterectomy. They found cancer in the tumor and ovaries so she will probably under go Chemo. We are waiting to hear from the doctors as to the final suggestion. She is doing amazingly well! By the fifth day after her surgery, you would never have known she had surgery. She was home from the hospital 45 hours after she came out of a five hour surgery because she was doing so well. The doctor had told us 3 - 5 days in the hospital. She has continued to improve each day. When I left on Saturday, she was doing very well. Yesterday, she went for a good walk and to work for an hour.  Please keep her in your prayers as we go through this journey.  I will keep you updated.

We are working on some landscaping on our home. This is a photo I took before I left. It looks different now. When we get it finished I will post the finished picture on here.  That window is where my Studio is. I love the steps verses trying to walk up the driveway!
