VALENTINE FREE STANDING CARD

February 4, 2022

This card is so fun to make and just takes a little patience. There are lots of layers but in the end it is well worth it!


MEASUREMENTS:
Cut 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 Basic Black
Cut (2) 7/8 x 4 1/8 Basic White, adhere to far left and far right sides of 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 leaving a small margin
Cut (2) 3/4 x 4 Designer Series Paper (Dark), adhere to Basic White


Cut 4 1/4 x 11 Basic Black, score at 2, 3 3/4, 7 1/4 & 9, fold each side towards the center and back (Here is where the video will come in handy)
Cut 4 X 3 1/4 Basic White, adhere to center panel of Basic Black inside
Cut 1 7/8 x 4 1/8 Basic White, adhere to far right panel
Cut 1 3/4 x 4 Designer Series Paper (Dark), adhere to Basic White above
Cut 1 5/8 x 4 1/8 Designer Series Paper (light) adhere to 2nd panel on the right inside

Front Panel:
Cut 4 x 3 3/4 Basic White
Cut 3 5/8 x 3 7/8 Real Red, adhere to Basic White Panel
Cut 3 1/2 x 3 3/4 Light Designer Series Paper, adhere to Real Red, color the hearts if you use the same DSP with Real Read Stampin' Blend, adhere to Real Red Panel

Wrap Real Red Faux Linen Ribbon around and secure it on the back
Cut 4 x 4 1/4 Basic Black, secure to the back of the Basic White layer,
Attach the entire panel to the left front of the card base. This is really hard to describe so watch the video below


Punch 2 hearts using the Heart Punch Pack, one on Real Red and one on Basic White
Finish off with a bow and three Red Rhinestones

I’m thrilled to share how I created a simple yet stunning sympathy card using the Beautiful Gallery Designer Series Paper and the Prairie Grass Stamp Set. The delicate patterns from the Designer Series Paper perfectly complemented the graceful prairie grass images, giving the card an elegant touch during such a heartfelt time.
