Carols of Christmas

When I began creating for my Stamp-A-Stack I used this stamp set and before I knew it I had created several cards with the Carols of Christmas Bundle. Too many to really use for a Stamp-A-Stack but it is such a great set!

It starts with a Garden Green 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 card base. The next layer is 4 1/8 x 3 5/8 Basic Black which is hidden under the 4 1/8 x 3 5/8 Whisper White. You can see it through the die cuts on the Whisper White. I felt it needed this in order to tie the black into the card. I used the dies from Carols of Christmas Bundle to cut around the top edge of the Whisper White. The next layer is Cherry Cobbler 3 1/4 x 4 1/2 and on top of that is a 3 1/8 x 4 3/8 Whisper White. That is where the ornament strings are stamped or drawn. I used Happy Birthday Gorgeous for that, however if you do not have it you could draw the lines. On top of that is a 3 x 3 Basic Black scallop square that was cut with the Layering Square Dies and then comes the greeting stamped in Cherry Cobbler on Whisper White 2 7/8 x 2 7/8. Stamp the greeting towards the top of the square so that you have room for the ribbon. Tie the Garden Green 3/8" Stitched Satin ribbon in a knot and attach with glue dot. Stamp the ornaments in Garden Green and Cherry Cobbler and die cut with the ornament ties from the Carols of Christmas. Attach by alternating color and glue dots and dimensionals.

I hope that you enjoy making this beautiful card. If you have any questions please let me know I would be happy to answer them.

My favorite part of my job is creating. It doesn't always come easy but this month's Paper Pumpkin kit contained beautiful Alcohol Ink papers. The papers were so beautiful and the kit included nine card bases which had the design on the front and back of the card. When cutting them apart you were able to create 18 card fronts. I started designing by cutting them apart and then went from there. Throughout the week I will post 3 cards each day for seven days that were all made with April 2025 Paper Pumpkin Inked Occasions

This is the final card in a series from the Impressions Abloom. If you have not see the others check my blog. This is the first one I created using Timid Tiger but for my Facebook Live I wanted to use the new In Colors.

All this week I will be posting cards created with products remaining from my recent event. This card was inspired by the card below that I created for that event. I had a focus on creating masculine cards and when I was done with the event I had a set of the undone cards remaining. I had received the New Impressions Abloom which is only available if you are a Demonstrator until May 1, 2025. After that date it will be available to anyone. I used the products that were in the packet to create this card. Of course I added a few extra things. I will give you all the instructions on the page including measurements and products used for both projects
