CORNER POCKET CARD

March 24, 2022

I saw a card very similar to this one on Lori Pinto's blog. So I created hers and then modified it for my team meeting. In this card I am using the Beautiful Daffodil Daydream Bundle and the Daffodil Designer Series paper that was a part of the Sale-A-Bration rewards from January & February.

Measurements:

Cut 4 1/4 x 8 Pale Papaya, score at 2 1/2
Cut 4 x 5 1/4 Basic White, adhere to inside of card
Cut 3 x 3 Pale Papaya, cut diagonally from corner to corner to create the triangle
Cut 3 x 3 Daffodil Designer Series Paper, cut diagonally from corner to corner, adhere to Pale Papaya, adhere the triangle to the top right corner using Dimensionals

Cut 3 1/4 x 3 1/4 Pale Papaya for center panel, adhere to left panel
Cut 3 x 3 Basic White for center panel, adhere to Pale Papaya

Cut 1 1/4 x 4 Basic White
Cut 1 x 3 3/4 Daffodil Designer Series Paper, adhere to Basic White, wrap Pale Papaya Open Weave Ribbon around and adhere on back, attach both layers to the left panel using adhesive
Tie a bow with the Pale Papaya Open Weave Ribbon

Cut 2 1/2 x 4 Basic White, stamp the daffodil in Tuxedo Black Momento, color with Pale Papaya and Evening Evergreen, die cut and adhere to card front with Dimensionals
Finish off with In Color Rhinestones

My favorite part of my job is creating. It doesn't always come easy but this month's Paper Pumpkin kit contained beautiful Alcohol Ink papers. The papers were so beautiful and the kit included nine card bases which had the design on the front and back of the card. When cutting them apart you were able to create 18 card fronts. I started designing by cutting them apart and then went from there. Throughout the week I will post 3 cards each day for seven days that were all made with April 2025 Paper Pumpkin Inked Occasions

This is the final card in a series from the Impressions Abloom. If you have not see the others check my blog. This is the first one I created using Timid Tiger but for my Facebook Live I wanted to use the new In Colors.

All this week I will be posting cards created with products remaining from my recent event. This card was inspired by the card below that I created for that event. I had a focus on creating masculine cards and when I was done with the event I had a set of the undone cards remaining. I had received the New Impressions Abloom which is only available if you are a Demonstrator until May 1, 2025. After that date it will be available to anyone. I used the products that were in the packet to create this card. Of course I added a few extra things. I will give you all the instructions on the page including measurements and products used for both projects
