This month in my classes we are doing Paper Tearing. This is a very old technique that reappears every so often. It would make some quick and easy Christmas cards.
Instructions
Cut 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 Thick Basic White, score at 4 1/4
Cut 5 1/4 x 4 Evening Evergreen, adhere to the front of the card
Cut 5 x 3 3/4 Basic White, emboss with Twigs & Sprigs Embossing Folder, adhere to Evening Evergreen
Cut 5 x 2 3/4 Soft Succulent, adhere to center of Basic White panel
Cut 5 x 2 3/4 Merry Merlot, tear the top of the paper, stamp greeting, from Decorated with Happiness Bundle, with VersaMark and emboss with White Embossing Powder, adhere to the front of the card
Cut 1 ring using circle dies from Stylish Shapes Dies
Cut 2 branches (1 Soft Succulent, one Evening Evergreen), use Wink of Stella on the Soft Succulent, attach to the back of the ring using glue dots, adhere to the front of the card
Tie a bow with Gold Satin Edge Ribbon
Finish off with Iridescent Pearls
